Annual Conference | May 3-4, 2024 | Hilton Downtown Richmond

The Virginia Society of Otolaryngology Annual Conference is 8 months away! Have you made plans to attend? We are looking forward to a jam-packed weekend full of educational opportunities, networking, academic bowl and resident abstract presentations!  Please mark your calendars for May 3-4 at the Hilton Downtown Richmond in historic Richmond, VA. We look forward to seeing you in person this year! 

SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE

We will have a full day of educational sessions on Friday May 3rd followed by a welcome reception that evening. Saturday May 4th will be a half day of sessions ending around 12:30 pm. 

ABSTRACT COMPETITION

We invite residents, fellows, and medical students to submit their research for presentation at our annual meeting! Submissions may be accepted for poster presentation or oral presentation as part of the program. Click here for more information. 

ACCOMODATIONS

The VSO has secured a discounted rate on rooms at the Hilton Downtown Richmond. Instructions on how to book rooms will be available soon. Our room block rate expires on April 10, 2024 but rooms may sell out before then. Book your room today!
