STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

The VSO provides a close association of private practice and academic otolaryngologists around the Commonwealth to join in a common effort to improving the quality and safety of health care and supporting the needs of the otolaryngologists who deliver that care. We provide a forum through which young otolaryngologists can share their thoughts and experiences with more established physicians.

ADVOCACY

We keep a close eye on the General Assembly and regulatory boards to offer commentary and advice for state legislators and members of the state regulatory boards.

EVENTS

Join us for our annual meeting as we gather to exchange information, form friendships, and solidify our presence in Virginia.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR INVOLVEMENT

  • Serve as a Board Member or Resident Board Member
  • Participate in one of our Committees
  • Volunteer during our annual Head & Neck Cancer Screening
  • Participate in our Lobby Day at the General Assembly
